Appointments

Appointments can be arranged in various formats through the contact us section. We will always aim to accommodate your schedule for viewings and all appointments will be accompanied by one of our letting agents at all times.

Applications

Tenants can apply for any available property with an accompanied guarantor form. A submitted application form and guarantor form does not guarantee successfully obtaining that property. Each person over sixteen years of age and not the main applicant or enquiry must complete their own form.

Deposits

The equivalent of one months rent is taken in advance against debt or damage for the property. This is refundable once a check out inspection has taken place and we are satisfied that all debts or damages have been accounted for if necessary.

The Lease

All tenants over sixteen years of age are subject to to signing the lease agreement where applicable.

Insurances

We always recommend that you must have your own contents insured with a recognised provider. Experience has proven that not having cover leads to a traumatic and expensive event that could easily have been avoided.

Rent

All rents are collected by standing order or direct debit in advance from your bank account. You must have already or be willing to open an account that can facilitate this payment method before your application can proceed. Rents not paid on time will be subject to legal proceedings and/or eviction.

Rates

Unless otherwise stated all rates for the property are paid by the owner.

Utilities

The tenant is responsible for all utility bills during the lease term. This includes gas, oil, electricity, telephone, cable etc. Where applicable oil levels must be restored to the original levels upon check out.

Pets and Puff

All Harmony Homes rental properties are non smoking and have a no pet rule unless the owner specifically has no objections for such to take place. We can verify these rules for the property of your choioce upon application.

We offer you the ability to contact an agent in emergencies or for advice if necessary 24/7. A highly skilled team of qualified tradesmen and women are available to deal with all areas within the home that may require specialist attention.
